We work specifically with Auto Shop (Spas) that provide PPF, Ceramic Coating, Vinal Wraps, Tinting & Detailing services and we have built a library of proven ads, based on campaigns that are currently running across the USA that you can instantly launch for your own business.

All of the shops we work with require a meeting of some sort in order to close a deal, which is typically by phone, or an in-person meeting.

Ideally, you're at the point in your business where you're ready invest in advertising in order to scale, and looking for a consistent, efficient, and cost effective way to bring on new customers quickly and profitably.

The most accurate answer to this question is... it varies. Some clients see results just days after licensing and installing our software system. For others it can take a bit longer, primarily if they don't have existing assets in place such as Facebook ad accounts, business pages, etc. (Brand new ad accounts take about a week to properly 'warm up')

Additionally, in order to utilize SMS text messaging for the conversational AI to properly work, we must complete a mandated process known as A2P. This is insure that only real businesses are properly using texting and not spammers. This process typically takes about 1 week, but sometimes it can drag out a bit longer. Unfortunately, the exact timing is out of our control.

There are multiple factors that come into play, but the bottom line is, once everything is in place and your ad campaigns are launched, you can begin seeing profitable results almost immediately. Then everything gets continually optimized and dialed in from there.

Also keep in mind that new ad campaigns, especially from new ad accounts but even with seasoned accounts, typically take 1-2 weeks of running and optimizing before your costs per lead stabilize. Facebook calls this the 'Learning Phase' and it takes about 50 conversions to exit this phase. You might start out paying $XX for a lead during the first few days, and then see that cost per lead drop significantly by the time Facebook learns the offer, your perfect target audience and the targeted geographical area.

All of our clients know this is something they need and want, and we do our best to set realistic expectations up front so that everyone is on the same page from day 1.

The good news is that our system is automated, but we do ask that you spend at least 20 minutes or so per day inside the software, conversing with your leads, managing your pipeline, and just getting comfortable with the system. Honestly, the thing you'll need to spend the most time on, is simply making sure you reach out to those leads that have already booked their appointment (if done online and not via phone call). This will significantly improve your show rate. We typically see show rates double when this step is done properly.

If you don't feel like you can devote this minimal amount of attention to the system, then growing your business is probably not in your best interest at this time.
